1. Production & Processing Time (Made-to-Order Model)

Most of our jewellery is handcrafted based on your selected size, metal, and diamond specifications. Therefore, we operate on a Make-to-Order system.

Manufacturing Timeline

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces typically require 7–14 business days for production, quality inspection, and certification before dispatch.

  • The exact delivery timeline will be confirmed with you via Email or WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.

Ready-to-Ship Products

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

Business days exclude Sundays and Indian public holidays.


2. International Shipping

We provide secure international delivery to selected countries including the USA, United Kingdom, European Union, UAE, and other regions.

Delivery Timeline

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs (Important Notice)

For all orders shipped outside India:

DDU Basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

All shipments are sent on a DDU basis, meaning product prices do not include import duties, VAT, GST, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.

Customer Responsibility

The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes as required by their country’s regulations.

Refusal of Shipment

If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, the following will be deducted from any eligible refund or advance:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Indian import duties

  • Handling fees (if applicable)


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Order value

The final shipping cost will be:

  • Displayed at checkout (for retail orders), or

  • Included in your Proforma Invoice (for B2B/wholesale orders)
