Return & Refund Policy

At D’JAAZ JEWEL, we believe in complete transparency and precision manufacturing. As we primarily operate on a B2B (Business-to-Business), wholesale, and custom production model, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.

We strongly encourage all clients to read this policy carefully before confirming an order.


1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the fluctuating market value of gold, diamonds, and precious gemstones, along with the made-to-order nature of our production, all confirmed sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Market price fluctuations

  • Inability to resell inventory (for wholesale buyers)

  • Minor handcrafted variations that were visible during the approval stage

  • Custom-made or specially manufactured designs

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.


2. Our “Video Approval” Protection Process (Your Security)

To ensure full clarity before dispatch, we follow a strict Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) Protocol:

Step 1 – Production Completion

Once your jewelry is ready, our team records a detailed High-Definition video showcasing:

  • Design from all angles

  • Diamond quality and setting

  • Metal finish and craftsmanship

  • Weight and overall specifications

Step 2 – Client Verification

The video is shared with you via WhatsApp or Email for final inspection.

Step 3 – Written Confirmation

You must review the video and confirm approval in writing (e.g., “Approved” / “Confirmed”).

Step 4 – Dispatch

The shipment is released only after receiving your explicit confirmation.

Important:
By approving the video, you confirm that the product meets your required design, specifications, and quality standards.
Once approved and shipped, no claims related to design, appearance, or finish will be accepted.


3. Exceptions – When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a verified seller error.

You are eligible for replacement or resolution only if:

Wrong Product Delivered

The item received is materially different from the confirmed order (e.g., wrong design, incorrect metal color).

Specification Mismatch

The product does not match the specifications stated in the final invoice (e.g., 18K ordered but 14K delivered, incorrect diamond clarity or size).

Minor visual differences due to handcrafted processes do not qualify as defects.

Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


4. How to Report a Valid Issue

If you believe a seller error has occurred:

Provide Evidence

  • A complete unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel)

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Order invoice reference

Resolution

If the issue is verified as our error:

  • We will arrange return logistics, and

  • Offer a replacement or store credit (as mutually agreed)

No refund claims will be processed without proper video proof.


5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

All shipments from D’JAAZ JEWEL are fully insured.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the parcel from the courier

  • Record a clear video of the package condition

  • Contact us immediately

Once a shipment is accepted and signed for without remarks, insurance claims for transit damage may not be possible.

As a manufacturing-based business operating under Prime Jewelry Co., we work on thin production margins and live market pricing. Our structured approval system protects both parties and ensures professional, dispute-free transactions.
